24- Hour Cancelation Policy
We have a 24-hour cancelation policy in place. We realize that there are occasions when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another client from receiving our services. Our weekly schedule fills up quickly and we would like to be able to provide services to as many community members as we can. This policy allows us to contact individuals who are awaiting open availability.
For this reason, if an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance a fee of $25 will be made to your account. Thank you for your understanding.
